No, you can create as many free surveys as you want. You will, however, be limited in the number of users and data storage.

Choose the pricing plan that matches your needs per survey. For example, for one assignment, our free plan might be enough. For another, you might need our Standard or Pro plans. You can have multiple different pricing plans going at the same time if you have multiple surveys ongoing.

Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you cancel it. Monthly plans will be billed every month on the date of purchase. Annual plans are billed on a yearly basis from the date of purchase.

Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan. You can do so via your account settings.

If you cancel or downgrade plans in the middle of your billing period, your plan will remain the same until the end of your billing period. After which, your plan won’t automatically renew. However, it’s worth noting that when you downgrade your plan, your access to additional features (such as multiple users) will be blocked.

If you upgrade your plan in the middle of your billing period, we will credit you the remaining time left on that plan and immediately kick off and charge you for the new plan. To ensure you don’t have to wait multiple weeks or months for additional features.

Yes, you can cancel your paid plan subscription at any time without any extra costs. After cancellation, you can keep using our features until the end of your billing cycle.
